Cupitt’s Estate Brewery has been producing exceptional beer with a distinct South Coast flair for the past decade.

Established in 2014 by brothers Tom and Wally Cupitt, the brewery, initially known as Cupitt Craft Brewers, was inspired by their love for beer and their experiences with craft beers in Europe and North America. Their journey began with homebrewing beer at the winery, preceding their winemaking endeavours and laying the foundation for a lifelong commitment to brewing excellence. Head Brewer Liam Jackson has continued this legacy, infusing each brew with the spirit of innovation and tradition.

Under Liam’s leadership, Cupitt’s Estate Brewery is where creativity meets craftsmanship—brewing quality beers perfect for the South Coast seasons. Brewing here is more than just beer; it’s about fostering an immersive experience. Whether enjoying the tranquillity of sipping beers against the stunning backdrop of the Budawang Mountains or soaking in the lively atmosphere over the weekend, every sip celebrates local culture and breathtaking surroundings. Beer and brewing are loved for many reasons—the wide range of possible flavours, the rich history, and the sense of community among brewers (who all love beer in their own unique way). Creating a new beer, from conceptualisation to tasting, is always an exciting journey for enthusiasts and brewers alike. Over the past decade, Liam, Tom, Wally and everyone who has been part of the journey have had the pleasure of enjoying a wide range of small-batch beers.
