Tucked behind Milton, standing small but strong against it’s older sibling (our winery) is our beloved microbrewery. Don’t be fooled by it’s title - like any younger sibling, our brewery in Ulladulla is proving to evolve and stand it’s ground against the big players in craft brewing, all because we let quality & character do the talking. Our head brewer Liam Jackson pushes the boundaries of beer production while perfecting classic styles that celebrate the craft of finding balance in complexities.

We know how lucky we are to be able to have a brewery in such a beautiful part of the world, and we don’t take it for granted. Sharing our special corner of paradise with you is what we love, so we decided to cement this adoration for location in the best way we know how, renaming our beloved brews. Each of our Core Range now incorporates a reference to place.

RICE LAGER | 4.7% ABV
Crisp, dry and refreshing. Inspired by the classic lagers of Japan, we brewed this lager with flaked rice, lending it a dry finish. It's a crisp crusher that pairs well with food and good times.
HOPPY HAZE | 6.2% ABV
Juicy hops abound in this New England style hazy IPA. Low in bitterness, this beer is all about fruit-forward hop flavour and aroma, not to mention a hop-induced haze.
DARK LAGER | 5.2% ABV
This German style schwarzbier treads a fine balance between classic lager drinkability and the moreishness of dark beer. A subtle aroma entices you into a clean and crisp palette layered with spice, roast malt and a hint of chocolate like sweetness.
HOP HARVEST ALE | 5.2% ABV
IBrewed using whole, fresh hops grown by Ryefield Hops in Bemboka, this year's release sees the use of Victoria and Beedelup hops. Fermented with our house hazy strain, this beer is soft, fruity and a celebration of ingredients and their growers.
