Assistant Wine Maker

We're looking for anAssistant Winemakerto join our vibrant team on the stunning South Coast of NSW ahead of the 2025 vintage. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate winemaker or someone eager to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of wine varieties and styles. You’ll work directly with our head winemaker, ensuring quality across the entire winemaking process.

What You'll Do:

Assist in all aspects of the winemaking process, from grape receival to bottling

Vintage Cellar Hand

Looking for a hands-on role in winemaking? We’re seeking a Vintage Cellar Hand to join us for the 2025 vintage season on the stunning South Coast of NSW. This is your chance to work alongside our winemaker from February to late April/early May, immersing yourself in all aspects of the winemaking process.
