Cupitt's Special Burger Menu

Sure, we would rather be dining at the restaurant, drinking cocktails, sipping wine and refreshing schooners, but if lockdown has a silver lining it's given the Cupitt Estate chefs a chance to do something they have been keen to try for a while; flip burgers on our Chargrill. 

For the first week at Cupitt’s Takeaway we are keeping it simple with our daily take-away menu featuring our famous pizzas, fried cauliflower and squid and each day a menu specials. On Wednesday and Thursday it is a celebration of Burgers and Wings. 

We have an American-style cheeseburger ‘The Walter’, A beef Burger with Special Sauce ‘The Griff’ and Chicken Burger with Kimchi Slaw and Smoky Aoili ‘The T.C’. Vegan and vegetarian friends are not forgotten. ‘The Muster’ made with a delicious shitake mushroom and lentil pattie and ‘The Tony’ with Salt and Pepper Tofu. Our Whey Marinated Fried Chicken with Pryor Warning Hot Sauce and Smoked Aoili is also available. 

Burgers & Wings alongside our daily takeaway menu will be available daily between 12pm and 2pm or until sold out on Wednesday and Thursday. Order via ouronline ordering platform, phone or order on site and wait in a covid-safe manner on the lawn. Call 4455 7888.

WHAT IS ON THE MENU?

 Our beef burgers are an ode to the classic beef and it’s a no nonsense affairs that relies on high quality ingredients cooked and prepped to perfection. 

The Griff - think a juicy beef patty, crisp lettuce, melted cheddar, house-made pickles and Jasper Peel Milk Bun. Enjoy with a bottle of Slaughterhouse Red or a can of Hoppy Haze IPA. $17

The Walter - American style cheeseburger featuring beef pattie, onion, house-made pickles, cheese, House Mustard, Fancy Ketchup and a Jasper Peel Milk Bun. Pair this with a can of Mollymook Pale Ale or bottle Sangiovese or Cabernet. $17

The T.C. - Perfectly cooked pieces of fried chicken thigh and breast with a punchy kimchi slaw and smoky aioli. Enjoy with crisp Sauvignon Blanc or Ulladulla IPA. $16

The Munster - Savoury Shiitake mushroom and lentil pattie, onion, house-made pickles, cheese, house Mustard, Fancy Ketchup and a Jasper Peel Milk Bun. Match this burger with a South Coast Session Ale or a glass of Merlot. $16

The Tony - Salt and Peper Tofu, Kimchi slaw and smoky aioli. Pair this with a glass of Sparkling Brut Cuvee or a Milton Pilsner. -$16
