Ingredients:

• 45ml dry gin
• 15ml St Germain Elderflower liqueur
• 25ml lemon juice
• 25ml raspberry syrup
• Dash of aquafaba
• Splash of Prosecco

Instructions:

1. In a cocktail shaker, combine dry gin, St Germain Elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, raspberry syrup, and aquafaba.
2. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well chilled.
