Cupitt’s Estate is proud to collaborate with the Cancer Support Foundation Milton Ulladulla (CSF) to host a Melbourne Cup Fundraiser on Tuesday, 7th November, with a portion of ticket sales donated to the foundation.  

You may not know, but we have a cancer centre right next to Milton Hospital, which means patients can receive their chemo and medication locally and don’t have to travel long distances for treatment. 

Local cancer survivors formed the CSF 20 years ago in Milton, and the foundation is entirely donation-based, which means it relies on the amazing generosity of our local community! The foundation also offers a wig library, wellness sessions, staff training and much-needed financial support to local patients and their families. 

As well as maintaining the centre and upgrading medical equipment, the CSF provides petrol and grocery vouchers and covers household bills and medical costs for patients who may need extra help.

This year, we are hosting two events for the Melbourne Cup. One for the long-lunchers and another for the race enthusiasts who want to watch the race with a glass of wine or beer.

Restaurant long-table lunch - treat the office or gather friends together for an excuse to dress to impress over a special leisurely lunch overlooking the vineyards and rolling Milton hills. Tickets are $95 and include a donation to CSF, a welcome drink and a delicious 3-course meal with sides.

Chat-and-sip-style event - We also have the perfect event for those after something different. This event is in our private event space, 'The Atrium', overlooking Burrill Lake without an outdoor terrace. Tickets are $35, which includes a donation to CSF, a welcome drink and canapé on arrival. Perfect for those who cannot take the whole day off work but want to partake in the festivities.

There will be fundraising on the day with incredible donations from 4 local artists, includingFernanda Oconnell,Tax Witkamp,Peta WestandMilumba Art. 

It’s going to be a fantastic day, and we can’t wait to see you there. We are so excited to once again be able to support this incredibly important local charity.
