Wine Club Weekend – A Celebration of Wine, Food, and Good Times

Ever wanted to experience Cupitt’s Estate like an insider? This is your chance. For the first time, we’re opening our exclusive Wine Club Weekend to all wine and food lovers.

This isn’t just another wine event—it’s a three-day celebration of everything we love: great wine, incredible food, and unforgettable moments. From behind-the-scenes vintage tours and vineyard hikes to long-table feasts and rare wine pairings, it’s a weekend packed with flavour, fun, and a whole lot of wine.

Friday night starts with welcome drinks, wine-tasting stations, and grazing boards. A fun, interactive wine guessing game, “Who Wants to Be a Sommelier?” sets the tone for the weekend, with plenty of laughs, friendly competition, and even a few prizes.

Saturday morning offers a behind-the-scenes look at the winery during vintage, where guests can experience the magic of winemaking up close. For those looking to explore, a guided vineyard hike finishes with a wine tasting and cheese platter at a scenic lookout.

In the afternoon, Rosie and Wally Cupitt host a session on Italian wine, sharing their passion for southern European varieties and why they thrive in the Shoalhaven.

Saturday night is the highlight of the weekend—the Winemaker’s Signature Dinner. A four-course feast, perfectly paired with rare museum wines from the cellar, enjoyed alongside live acoustic music and stories from the Cupitt family.

Sunday brings the grand finale, The Harvest Feast, inspired by Italy’s traditional grape harvest celebrations. This long-table lunch is all about generous, hearty food best enjoyed with wine.
