Join us at Cupitt's Estate, where you'll go behind the scenes into the wines to taste wine before tackling your own unique blending experience.

This entertaining and informative class starts with participants being divided into groups. You'll sit down with our winemaker to explore the aroma, structure, and palate feel of a variety of red wines.
Each group will receive measuring cylinders and spend half an hour creating their favourite blend. For example, mix 50% Shiraz, 30% Merlot, and 20% Sangiovese. These ‘favourite blends’ are then collated and poured for the groups to blind-taste and judge, culminating in selecting an ultimate winner for the day.
